Join Us for TERM 4 for our Keep'em Movin & Groovin Afterschool sessions. These sessions and packed with high energy Fitness to keep kids engaged for the whole session.
During these sessions we guide students through bootcamp circuits, dance, boxing and more. We offer different styles of fitness to help kids discover an active lifestyle. All of this while we are singing and dancing along to our favorite songs!
